How long does shipping take?
- For orders within the UAE, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days.
- International orders may take 7–20 business days, depending on location and courier availability.
What payment methods do you accept?

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package until it arrives..
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Do you offer free shipping?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in the UAE?
Currently, RONII accepts only online payments through secure gateways. Cash on Delivery is not available.
